Christopher's Aviation Theory Spot

About Me

Hey! I’m Christopher Wik, an aviation professional with over 35 years of experience in flight training, and commercial aviation. My passion is training the next generation of pilots, especially in simulation and ground school, where I focus on making learning clear, practical, and engaging. Fluent in English, Norwegian, and Spanish, I enjoy connecting with students from diverse backgrounds to help them succeed in their aviation careers.

I hold an EASA ATPL(A) and have earned type ratings for aircraft like the Beech 200, Beech 350, Hawker 1000, Dornier 328, Cessna Citation 560, and Cessna Caravan 208. Currently, I work as an ATPL Theory Instructor at Corflight in Córdoba, Spain. With 600+ hours in Level D simulators 😊 through FlightSafety International, I bring real-world expertise to my teaching. I’m also certified as an MCCI(A), IRI(A), and hold an ICAO English Level 6 proficiency. My aviation journey began in 1988 at NAIA in South Carolina, where I earned my Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Instrument and Instructor ratings.
